• Grow and develop the talent in the team.

• Manage the team and its data science solutions portfolio- responsible to build the team's plan, track project's progress, deliver a successful solution and support its deployment and adoption. The team is closely measured on the impact of its solution to mitigate risk.

• Work in a matrix – close collaboration with multiple stake holders including our engineering partners, customers and other data science teams in the group.
