This is a fixed-term contract position of minimum 2 years with possibility for renewal subject to organization need and individual performance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the design, development, implementation of Enterprise 5G Infrastructure and System
• Work with System Implementation Contractor for Radio and core network design and works
• Coordinate necessary E&M, Builders works and cabling works with internal parties
• Manage mobile network operator in the delivery of public and private 5G mobile service at HKIA
• Liaise with The Office of the Communications Authority and Telecom on licensing issues

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering/Science or related disciplines
• A minimum of 8 years’ relevant working experience with at least 3 years’ experience in a managerial role and successful implementation of Wireless/Cellular/Telecom technologies in Hong Kong or sizable organizations
• Holder of Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) and Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) or equivalent, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) is preferred
• Professional qualification or certification in project management, telecommunications, systems architecture, IT service management, design thinking or equivalent will be an advantage
• In-depth knowledge and experience with successful track records in design, security, implementation and support of large scale mission critical LTE/Wireless/5G Network Infrastructure with multiple suppliers such as Cisco, Juniper, Huawei, H3C, etc.
• Mature, self-motivated, customer-oriented with excellent communication and project management skills
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English. Fluency in Putonghua is preferred
