Responsibilities:

• Take operational leadship and budget (P&L) responsibility for managing a safe and efficient operation to help achieve the Operation/ Customer KPI.
• Manage the workforce according to customer’s requirements from time to time
• Lead and facilitate process improvement projects with benefits in cost and efficiency
• Maintain and evolve operational performance measurement system
• Execute the implementation of quality initiatives and operation excellence programs
• Perform other ad hoc projects when required

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Logistics, Supply Chain or related disciplines
• At least 7 years’ relevant working experience of which 2-3 years in 3PL Pharmaceutical and healthcare industry & 3 years were at supervisory level 
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end supply chain operations experience
• Well known about GDP & GMP & ISO9001/13485
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-place team-base environment
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and HRIS system
• Good people communication and presentation skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
