Job Responsibilities

• Provide securities trading services to our clients
• Handle enquiries and provide updated market/stock information to clients
• Facilitate daily trading activities including order placement and corporate action instruction taking
• Provide timely responses to customer inquiries to maintain high level of services

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above and minimum 3 years or above relevant work experience
• Good product knowledge in securities trading
• Qualified under SFO for handling Regulated Activities Types 1 & 4
• Good command of English and Chinese including fluency in Putonghua
• Sound communication and listening skills, as well as good telephone manner
• Proficient in PC operation
