Manager for Field Service and Production Support

Job Description
As Manager for the Field Service and Production Support teams you are primarily responsible to support our installed base at European customers with following main responsibilities:
- Supervise staff, provide leadership, guidance, coaching, feedback as well as career planning
- Plan training and education for staff in consensus with Department Manager and HR
- Budget planning and reporting
- Planning, prioritization and deployment of resources to meet project and business targets
- Create and execute implementation plans for projects and track project completion
- Escalation Management
- Maintain a very good relationship with other Advantest subsidiaries and all related sections in Advantest worldwide and support the development and implementation of global solutions
- Maintain excellent customer relationship
- Contribute as a member of the Advantest team to the overall goals of our company
- Audit Compliance -- Ensure compliance with all established audit requirements for Field Service/Production Support processes
