Job Description

As Manager for the Field Service and Production Support teams you are primarily responsible to support our installed base at European customers with following main responsibilities:

 

  • Supervise staff, provide leadership, guidance, coaching, feedback as well as career planning
  • Plan training and education for staff in consensus with Department Manager and HR
  • Budget planning and reporting
  • Planning, prioritization and deployment of resources to meet project and business targets
  • Create and execute implementation plans for projects and track project completion
  • Escalation Management
  • Maintain a very good relationship with other Advantest subsidiaries and all related sections in Advantest worldwide and support the development and implementation of global solutions
  • Maintain excellent customer relationship
  • Contribute as a member of the Advantest team to the overall goals of our company
  • Audit Compliance -- Ensure compliance with all established audit requirements for Field Service/Production Support processes
