Salary/Benefits:20,000-25,000 per month

1.Responsible for performing the development strategies of European and American teaching resources, to develop and manage relevant teacher resources.
2.Responsible for managing European and American teachers, to enhance their sense of belonging, and ensure the stability of the team.
3.Based on the company's development plan, to coordinate and supervise foreign teachers' recruitment and training plans as well as follow up work.
4.Responsible for teaching management, teaching training and improving their teaching ability.
5.Responsible for teachers salary issues and supervising their work performance.
6.Responsible for classification of foreign teachers resources, and management of their personnel archives and other related work.
