A Prestige Developer in Vietnam is currently seeking a Managing Director/General Manager to manage their Industrial assets in Ho Chi Minh city.  

To be a successful candidate you should possess the following key skills: 

• Degree or Diploma in Construction, Engineering, Industrial or Project Management related  
• 20+ years’ experience with management experience in large scale industrial parks, logistics parks or townships
• Reporting to the VP of the Group, you are expected to integrate project work plans, coordination between internal departments and ensure quality assurance procedures are followed accordingly
• Responsibilities include working with International and local advisors to oversee design, master planning, contractor selection, contract management and construction management
• Must be fluent in Vietnamese and English
