What are my responsibilities?

1. Design and set up automated production line facility, include automation equipment, layout, tools and etc.

2. Design and lead automatization of all production processes, includes welding, assembly, packaging, transferring, testing and etc.

3. Reduce quality risk and improve quality KPI by profession quality management logic and tools.

4. Continue to improve productivity by lean tool, the process routing time optimization.

5. Create and maintain the procedure, including EHS requirements, update work instruction (SOP) accordingly; train the operators according to the instruction.

6. Manufacturing process trouble shooting.

7. Maintain BOM & Routing accurately

8. Prepare for the products new variants, define technical specification, planning and qualification production equipment; Issue the Engineering change proposal to R&D or headquarters, also implement engineering change

9. Support the QM and procurement to finish the supplier qualification and audit, thereby to control the incoming material quality.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

At least 5 years work experience, including 3 years experience in Automation;

Technical Bachelor degree;

Experience in design and set up automated production line or assembly line;

Lean concept;

EHS basic knowledge;

Good team work and communication skills;

Good in speaking and written English.

座落于大连高新技术产业园区七贤岭的西门子传感器与通讯有限公司(简称:SSCL)成立于2006年10月17日，由西门子（中国）有限公司全资控股。工厂建筑面积约15000平方米。这是西门子工业领域在中国的第十五个工厂，也是传感器与通讯部门总部在中国的唯一一家工厂。首批产品压力变送器的正式投产开始于2007年8月，本公司在过程仪表领域现已拥有广泛的业务范围，主要产品如下：压力变送器、远程位置调节器、电磁流量计、超声波传感器、电容开关、动态称重产品。西门子传感器与通讯有限公司的主要业务聚焦于制造工业过程仪器仪表，如流量计、压力变送器、物位传感器、动态称重产品。大连拥有一切所需的测试装置。服务中心提供集成、安装、调试、维修等现场服务支持；与其相结合的维修中心负责产品的售后服务。

同时，位于大连工厂的培训中心为中国和整个亚太地区提服务，提供过程仪表全领域的培训。西门子大连工厂的过程仪表产品与西门子国外的同类领先工厂同步并保证品质的统一。大连工厂主要聚焦于机械部件的本地化，而电子及传感器部件仍从国外其他西门子工厂进口。

本工厂的质量体系也已经过TUV审核,通过了ISO9001认证,此外工厂还已通过CSA、FM、AT、EX、PED等多项认证。为保证产品的用户化，大连还成立了研发中心以支持专门项目的研发。
