Essential Responsibilities: • In cooperation with other GE sites, define and develop Wind Turbines Assembly manufacturing processes.

• Project management of capital investments in new plant and equipment to support productivity, EHS, etc…
• Design/Specify tooling and fixtures
• Write and maintain workstation process instructions.
• Maintain Manufacturing related data in the ERP System
• Work with manufacturing engineers in other GE sites to leverage existing manufacturing process technology, and spread the use of new innovations and best practices developed around the world.
• Integrate manufacturing with design and engineering functions to maximize productivity Facilitate and support initiatives/projects to improve quality, cost, fulfillment, and safety.
• Participate to the equipment installation, start up and commissioning
• Participate to the Hourly force training

Qualifications/Requirements: • Four year technical degree (or equivalent related experience)

• 3 years working experience in a technical/electrical/mechanical environment
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
• Proficient personal computer skills
• Ability to create real and positive change in a team environment
• Fluency in English and Mandarin
