• Improve productivity of each departments by either developing the equipment or creating new standardize manufacturing method.
• Investigate and analyze production methods, processes, operations and propose possible modifications for continuous improvement.
• Budget investigation, project proceed control and new line implementation for new projects and processes.
• Prepare and maintain all production documentation
• Update process documentation and aligned with EQS.
• Build close relationship with other manufacturing operations and units.
• Support the implementation of quality control procedures to the shop floor.
• Ensure the accuracy of BOM and Routings within MFG/PRO.
• Research, recommend and assist capital equipment projects.
• Utilize problem solving technique such as global 8D, PFMEA, Control plans etc.
• Implement EHS and local regulatory requirements aligned with local MESH plan of plant.
• Management of Machine Safety Guarding Process in responsible area. Ensure all the equipment will be remediated according to plan, that prepared by himself/herself in prior year.
• Service Management; She/he is the main responsible, that manages all the activities during the downtime or any stoppage for lines. Meantime planning of periodic maintenance for his/her responsible area. This activities should be completed in expense budget.
• Management of Maintenance and Spare parts, that requires for downtime or periodical maintenance activities.
• Management of responsible area maintenance teams that includes mechanics and electricians. Such as; daily, weekly, monthly performance report shares with FF Manager. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Mechatronic, Electric Electronic, Electric Engineering
• At least 3 years  factory maintenance engineer
• Machine Safety Expertise
• Fluent in English.

• AC DC DRİVE Motor Diagnose and Programming
• Budget Management
• AC DC Servo Drive Programming and diagnose knowledge
• PLC programming knowledge Budget management
• AC DC , Servo motor commissioning and diagnose knowledge 
• Technican management
• Power transformer and Power factor compensation knowledge
