Responsibilities:

• Manage factory production operation, QA, PE, PMC & Compliance functions
• Drive and execute strategies to achieve company goals
• Execute QMS system to comply with regulatory standards and requirements (FDA / ISO13485)
• Manage quality and regulatory documents (FDA / ISO13485)
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned  

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing engineering or relevant disciplines.
• 10 years or above experience in manufacturing management and planning aspects.
• Experience in medical device industry is an advantage
• Good knowledge in quality, automation, FDA/ISO compliance and LEAN operation is preferable
• Must be hands-on and willing to roll up his/her sleeves to get things done
• Good communication skill in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Work in Shenzhen factory
