Improve Service Level to our customers and productivity to the site by ensuring on time delivery of raw material.  Improve Cash Flow by managing inventory and reducing E&O.
 
What will you do?      

• Manage inventory levels of raw material to AOP.
• Communication with the vendors, purchase orders (accurate delivery dates, schedule releases to blanket orders, tracking numbers, ERP updates to reflect acknowledged dates).
• Plan material in weekly ramp up and ramp down planning 
• Master data maintenance.
• Managing excess and obsolete
• Connect with Procurement Leader to escalate issues like prices, responsible to have a daily, weekly and monthly routines, row material releases signals.
• Develop proactively scheduling solutions to production while facing abnormal demand in order to maintain running the cells with strategic production schedule.
• Accountable for site reliability, inventory and manufacturing cost including optimized resource schedule.
• Planning of the weekly buckets to achieve customer service Setup of a feasible production schedule, re. Capacity change overs, shift models, and production wheel When in backlog situation, priority tool is utilized to minimize impact Daily alignment with manufacturing and deviation management.
• Implement Visual Kanban System for Critical components

• Strong experience, 3-5 years in a similar position.

• Analytical and Proactive, self-starter 
• Right communication skills

• Advanced level of Excel
• English language 80%
