Bosch Rexroth (Beijing) Hydraulic Co., Ltd. is located in Beijing Economic and Technological Development Area (BDA). The company covers an area of 64,598 square meters. It currently has 800 employees, devoted to providing travel, swing and winch gear boxes, hydraulic pump and motor, mobile control and compact hydraulics together with other services to customers in mobile application.

1. Introduce new manufacturing technology process (e.g. 3D metal print) according to business requirement.根据业务需求引入新的制造工艺，例如3D金属打印
2. Establish and continuous improve tools & fixture management system.建立并完善刀具、工装管理系统
3. Solve technical process problems during manufacturing by quality approach / tools, with close communication in IPN.利用质量方法/工具，解决工艺技术问题，并与全球生产网络保持紧密沟通，
4. Based on existing manufacturing technology process, continuous improve and develop new process, meanwhile update related documents.基于现有产品工艺，进行优化提升，并更新生产工艺相关的文件
5. Lead continuous improvement projects about Quality, Cost and Delivery topics.引领围绕质量、成本及交付话题的持续改善项目

1. Master degree or above in the field of Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering.机械工程、材料工程专业硕士及以上学历
2. Strong knowledge in machining and technology process, as well in materials science.具备深厚的机加工以及相应工艺知识，并且材料学有深入了解
3. Fluent English both in speaking and writing流利的英语口语及书写能力
4. Good project management skill.良好的项目管理能力
5. Good communication and coordination skill.良好的沟通协调能力
