Job Description
- Build and establish Program management for improving cost for products via yield and process optimization initiatives for ISG Businesses
- Owner and lead collaborate team to deliver process improvement opportunities to ensure new product ramp meets the entitled yield for mass production. This includes to ensure the product meets the requirement of MCM.
- Deliver and establish business process to ensure NPI to achieve world class product ramp schedule, expedite, and deliveries for our business needs.
- Build seamless relationship with our external manufacturing and internal department to deliver ISG Business Objectives and communicate constantly on our future process continuous improvement
- Manage and deliver KPI and resource matrix review processes to ensure meeting ISG business objectives.
- Develop product yield forecasting and opportunities based on PLBP and establish for multiyear business operation forecast plan for foundry/OSAT to support all division requirements
- Proactive coordinate and manage initiatives to drive closure and provide program management support to ensure meeting our commitment
- Support ISG on any business requirement as needed to provide problem resolutions and working closely with PE/TE and PMO to ensure we get to world class yield for new and existing products
- continue to drive process and device windowing to ensure we meet cpk of 1.67 at all corners to ensure the product/technology meet optimal process margin for mass production
Qualifications
BS in engineering or related Field, MBA preferred
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Semiconductor Industry and process integration as well as program management experience
- Experience in process optimization and yield analysis to drive yield improvement . Result driven, creative and resourceful, experience in delivering strategic solutions
- Fluent and with in-depth understanding in CIS imager sensor, yield and comparison analysis, product improvement work and program management with convincing and leadership skills
- Strong communication skill trait, and proven track record of program management and drive Quality/yield improvement with our external manufacturers.
- Experienced in program management and product experience
- Self-driven, motivated and excellent in problem solving skill with exceptional analytical and persuasion on directions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present to executive team on BU proposal and plans.
- Skill in MS Office, proficient
