Experience:     Minimum 4-5 years in Pharma Industry.

Responsibilities:

• Improvement, continuous review and upgradation of existing production SOPs and work systems and to ensure their strict implementation.
• To fill, evaluate and sign all production records before they are made available to Quality Assurance Department.
• To prepare and approve instruction related to production operations including the in-process controls, amendments if any, to ensure their implementation.
• Monitoring of online documentation and timely entries of all operations / activities.
• To document all changes through change control procedure in consultation with Quality Assurance Department.
• Preparation and upgradation of Product History File, Machine History File.
• Retention and destruction of records.
• To check the maintenance of the department, premises and equipment.
• To ensure all validation, Qualification and Calibrations are done as per schedule and records are   maintained.
• To operate Track Wise Software System based on the roles and rights provided in the application
• Jobs to be handled / Operate Cipdox Software system based on the roles and rights provided in the application.
• Jobs to be handled / Operate SAP system based on the roles and rights provided in the application.
• Impart training with respect to Initial (Induction), on the job training, GMP, Safety, Hygiene, application and principles of production for department personnel according to the need.
• Line clearance during batch / product change over.
• Status labelling of containers, equipments and materials.
• Reconciliation of quantities at various stages of Production.
• To protect product and material against spillage and deterioration.
• Participate in vendor audits in order to procure quality material.
• To investigate, record and report to Quality Assurance any problem which may adversely affect the quality of the material / product like damage to containers etc.
• Dispensing of Raw material and Manufacturing activities in area.
• Monitoring and Control of Production environment.
• To conduct Risk analysis of product, system, equipment, item, process as per standard procedure.
• To ensure that products are produced and stored as per standard procedure in order to obtain the required quality.
• To monitor compliance with the requirements of cGMP and investigation of factors, which may affect product quality.
• To ensure that all materials are stored under the appropriate conditions as per specification and in an orderly fashion to permit batch segregation and stock rotation.
• Ensure proper planning and execution of the batches in accordance with the plan.
• Strict adherence to safety, health & environment.
• Cost control at every stage as per applicability.
• To maintain the inventory of miscellaneous material required for manufacturing.
• Perform other duties as directed by Department head.
