YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible to execute and collect information for Engineering Runs as required for the Manufacturing Engineer, including testing for tooling, fixturing or process improvement.
• Actively participate in daily production meetings and report to manufacturing engineers.
• Support in-process activities and product development when instructed by manufacturing engineer.
• Incorporate pre-planned process improvements/cost reduction program into manufacturing.
• Collaborate with area's equipment management and perform process validations in accordance with established procedures.
• Perform in-process product testing in accordance with standard procedures.
• Support in the investigation processes related to product or equipment failures.
• Support in processes of changes to procedures.
• Support in validation processes of equipment, product and / or engineering tests.
• Follow up to records of testing and reworks performed.
• Any other tasks may be assigned to the employee once the respective training has been completed. Follow up and achievement to MCIs assigned.

WHO YOU ARE

• Bachelor of secondary education completed. (Mandatory)
• University Student in Electromechanical, Electronic, Industrial Technician or related careers. (Mandatory)
• At least 2 years of experience in medical device companies. (Desirable)
• Intermediate English level, both written and spoken. (Mandatory)
• Fluent Spanish level, both written and spoken. (Mandatory)
• Microsoft Office knowledge. (Mandatory)
• Knowledge in interpretation of mechanical and electrical drawings. (Desirable)
• Interpretation of Quality/Specification Drawings.
• Knowledge on SolidWorks and AutoCAD Software is a plus.
• Focus on results using the appropriate means and resources to achieve them.
• Ability to make decisions and work focused on exceeding expectations, being proactive.
• Look for solutions to the problems in the production lines.
• High communication and teamwork skills.
