This will be a leadership role in Margin RMA & Lending functions for Group Operations for Wealth Management Americas. We're looking for someone who can:

• run high-performing teams that support >3M client accounts with >$1.2T in assets.
• process margin liability and collateral management
• control client accounts for Regulation T and Regulation U
• deliver several firm and industry driven initiatives and be the main face off to the stakeholders within the branches that we support
• support banking related changes and management of downstream impacts from both a change and run our bank perspective
• support management reporting of key metrics and drivers; analyze impacts, adjust capacity needs, provide solutions & recommendations
• deliver exceptional service management while simultaneously delivering increased efficiencies and leading new business initiatives
•perform robust quality control processes and ensure gaps are identified and remediated
