The marketing and sales of Malaysian, Australian and other countries properties to clients in Hong Kong, Macau and China

    Marketing Executive 

• Handle and support sales and marketing activities
• Prepare and organize marketing materials
• Communicate well and work closely with sales team
• Handling and processing client’s enquiries
• Other ad-hoc duties

     Account Manager/Senior Account Manager

•  Attending companies weekend property exhibitions
•  Facilitating the sales process
•  Liaising with bankers to organise clients loans
•  Market Research
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, proactive, self-motivated, independent, good team player & enthusiastic in real estate industry

The ideal Candidate:

• Must be available to work weekends
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must have multi-lingual skills in Cantonese and English
• Must be PC literate
• Must be educated to Form 7 or above
• Mandarin is an advantage, but not essential
• Sales experience is an advantage, but not essential
