Job Description
  • To provide secretarial and administrative support to Manager, Visitor Promotion and the team. Duties include scheduling meetings and activities both internally and externally, preparing and handling business correspondence and documents, and handling general enquires
  • To assist in budget planning and business analyses, to consolidate budget reports and project data
  • To provide support in trade fair operations and logistics arrangements, act as a liaison point with hotels and other buyer service vendors as well as and collaborative entities for the team
  • To deliver customer service of high quality, manage all operations within buyers’ lounges and onsite staff deployment in trade fairs
  • To conduct promotions in local market and solicit buyer registrations for trade fairs
  • To process procurement for the team, monitor storage and take stock of the team’s materials and capital goods
  • To perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with a minimum of 4 years' solid relevant experience
  • Good written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluent in Putonghua
  • Proficient in MS Office including Excel in particular and Chinese word-processing
  • Good interpersonal skills with a pleasant personality, outgoing, customer-oriented, good teamwork
  • Good numeric abilities, meticulous, independent, well-organised and self-motivated
  • Willing to work overtime and on weekends or public holidays as necessary

Remuneration and Benefits:
