Job Description
We are recruiting marketing assistant and marketing specialist, for assistance 6K-8K/month, and specialist 8K-12K/month. Bonus is exclusive

JD 1)Be responsible for corporate image maintenance by developing / localizing corporate identity(CI) guideline and product advertisement, in compliance with corporate design guidelines and messages.
2)Plan and organize marketing campaigns such as social media /E-commerce /tradeshows /seminar & other external events.
3)Liaises collaboratively with colleagues of both global marketing team and other department to produce marketing communications material for, corporate clients and company partners.
4)Handle the development of external publications, including content creation, design, websites and on-line platforms operation & maintenance like WeChat, Linkin, official website, E-commerce, etc.
5)Identify effective approaches to trade media, seminar or other events for marketing communications activities.
6)Support for other communications tasks upon request.
7)Monitoring the market in relations to trends, changes, customers, competitors, etc.
8)Conduct market research (procurement, collecting and processing of market data acc. Industries, applications, products, competitors. geographical markets.).
9)Analyze of market &historic data, information and derive implications for SMDP and Marketing planning.
10) Other tasks assigned by direct manager.
JR
- A Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing related.
- 1-3 years of prior experience in marketing role needed.
- Any experience of troubleshooting will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, Interpersonal skills
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (PS).
- Intrinsic attitude to drive innovation and improvement.
- Readiness to travel (approx. 10%25) on global base i.e. for marketing events, trainings or customer meetings.
- Good with Mandarin and English.
- Team player.

8) 进行市场调研(收集处理市场数据,包括行业、产品应用、竞争对手及地理信息等)。
9) 分析市场及历史数据信息,确立并推进市场发展计划和营销计划
10) 上级领导安排的其他工作。

JR
-营销相关学士学位或以上学历。
-1-3年的市场营销经验。
-及时处理各种突发状况的能力与经验
-善于沟通及处理人际交往关系
-熟练的计算机技能,包括MS Office,市场营销软件(PS)。
-具有自我创新和积极进步的态度。
-接受全球范围内出差(约10%25),即参加营销活动,培训或客户会议等。
-良好的普通话与英语沟通能力
-具有团队精神
