• Contact person for external and internal suppliers
• Responsible for the procurement of raw materials, semi-finished goods and trade goods
• Stock management within given targets
• Definition of Kanban-control cycles and supermarkets with suppliers
• Master data maintenance
• IT-based demand planning and transmission of orders to suppliers
• Tracking of deliveries and coordination of special actions in cooperation with suppliers, production and
• incoming area
• General contact for purchasing and in the case of escalations or supplier evaluation
• Material return/claim management
• Bottleneck management, coordination of supply shortfall, allocation in IPN

• Bachelor’s Degree at least;
• 2-3 years’ working experience in manufacturing Supply Chain related fields (planning, sourcing, logistics, etc);
• Knowledge of ERP system(SAP), with basic knowledge of planning management modules;
• Microsoft office - (Minimum skill: Power point, Excel, Word);
• Strong English language capability (both Spoken and Written);
• BPS / Lean background and experience is highly expected;
• Knowledge of statistical forecasting, inventory theory and optimization models are preferred;
• International mindset, team spirit, well organized and easy going;
• Willing to learn and work under pressure, Organized and disciplined;
