When it comes to gaming audio, nothing competes with Turtle Beach. We’ve been leading the gaming headset industry for nearly 15 years and have been innovating since the launch of the very first console gaming headset. With the recent acquisition of leading PC Brand ROCCAT, Turtle Beach is well positioned to expand its audio features beyond headsets into other gaming products.


The primary focus of the Supply Chain team is to ensure superior quality product is delivered per our commitments, ethically and responsibly, at an industry leading cost. We are currently looking for the high caliber talent to instill predictability, rigor and accountability across the end-to-end supply chain operations through consistent process and performance management.


We have an immediate need for a Materials and Manufacturing Manager based in Taipei. The successful candidate will collaborate across the value chain, must have significant supply chain operations experience in high tech, manufacturing and consumer goods with outstanding communication, process, and ethical execution skills, sound financial business acumen while demonstrating success driving business growth.


Required Skill Sets and Experience

  • Bachelor of Science Degree (Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Manufacturing Technology) and 10+ years Supply Chain and/or Finance Experience and/or Cross Functional Program Management Experience
  • Advanced degree a plus (ie: MBA/MSc); Financial business acumen
  • CPM/CPIM/Lean Six Sigma Certification a plus
  • Ability to speak fluent Mandarin a plus
  • Strong demonstrated business acumen and strategic/tactical business judgment.
  • In depth working knowledge of supply chain management best practices and systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire and excite teams to achieve outstanding results, to continually improve and to drive rapid business acceleration
  • Supply Chain IT experience both at the strategic and tactical implementation level
  • Excellent communication skills (written, oral, presentation) required
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to utilize data/analyses to influence change and drive business direction
  • Proven ability to manage highly complex global projects.
  • Demonstrated skill in directing resources including the ability to plan and coordinate the activities of assigned organizations and programs.
  • Proven leadership ability to accomplish organizational goals and commitments is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills. Responsive to customer and business requests
  • Ability to listen, diagnose and work in a team environment to create solutions. Effective teambuilding and negotiation skills with an ability to influence stakeholders with competing interests
  • Experienced in managing within an outsource supply chain model
  • Must be knowledgeable in all facets of contract manufacturing, supplier management and program management activities related to manufacturing operations
  • Supplier/Partner management background, with demonstrated experience driving collective business success. Proven record of driving change and growing partner capabilities through effective goal setting and metric management
  • Strong team player who operates with high levels of integrity, trust and respect for the individual
  • High energy & enthusiasm to establish new approaches to supply chain operations and program management.
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced environment. Outstanding listening and process diagnosing skillsets and an ability to create ethical and effective solutions in a team environment.
  • Proven leadership ability to accomplish organizational goals and commitments with a global business perspective.

Responsibilities Include

  • End-to-End materials management across the value chain: Factory & Component Management:
  • Establish and influence material related strategies with the product, commodity and external partner communities
  • Align manufacturing partner materials related strategies and processes as applicable to last time buys, material disposition
  • Execute material related strategies within the product lifecycle to meet cost, quality, delivery and customer service expectations
  • Partner with cross functional team to ensure consistent approaches and processes
  • Overall leadership and accountability of the manufacturing operations functions across the product lifecycle
  • Responsible for day-to-day materials and factory delivery functions for manufacturing operations
  • Critical responsibilities include; daily production control activities to achieve high levels of conformance to specific customer demand and delivery, inventory management to achieve corporate targets, factory capacity management
  • Enhances business process and information integration to realize speed, visibility, and collaboration within the organization and partners
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of supply chain capabilities including product data management, supply planning, production planning, direct procurement, contract manufacturing, distribution, warehouse management
  • Manage and monitor key partner management processes, including dashboards and scorecards, to ensure bi-directional feedback and enable mutual success
  • Track Supply KPIs and manage monthly reviews between Manufacturing Partners and Turtle Beach to demonstrate partner performance
  • Build positive relationship with Manufacturing Partners - link in to the overall Manufacturing Partners Supply Chain to enable high performance team. Manage and build robust processes, capabilities and standards across operations team and across TB team.
