In this role, you have the opportunity to lead the Mechanical R&D team and all related activities.
You are responsible for
Developing & maintaining a technological road map for the department that supports the detection platform products road map & assures communality & scalability across products.
Technically responsible for all the mechanical design task for concept phase to design transfer & life cycle management
Supporting program execution – on time and on quality (Schedule, Scope, Quality and Budget)
People & org development
Drive and maintain a scalable and effective organization structure
Responsible for people recruiting and coaching, people development, and ongoing performance management
Promote Excellency and recognition culture. Build commitment and motivation
Establish and maintain communication channels
Build a High Performance organization
Promote trust, openness and leverage external capabilities locally and globally
You are a part of CT/AMI R&D global activity, which develops advanced CT scanners used in over 100 countries.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering. MSc -advantage
8+ years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer and at least 3 years in leading mechanical design teams
Proven working experience in a global and multidisciplinary environment
Strong understanding of quality assurance practices and testing methodologies
Proven influencing skills (drive, leadership)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with English fluency
Keen ability to prioritize and drive key success factors
