RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performs reliability analysis and Top 10 Bad Actor analysis annually. Ensure Bad Actor eliminations were effective

• Develop Reliability Action Plan (ReAP) and lead Reliability Improvement initiatives

• Creation of policies and standards for Maintenance Excellence in Site

• Frameworks of best practices supporting manufacturing processes

• Key Maintenance Performance Indicators

• Guidelines, procedures, methodologies for diagnostic, identification of improvement levers, executing improvement actions

• Smart Tools for Performance tracking, Reporting and Monitoring

• Support to the projects or programs within the businesses for the identification of improvement levers, setting smart objectives and carrying-out Maintenance Excellence programs.

• Deployment of Risk Based Management program related to equipment reliability according Corporate’s policy.

• Animation of the Maintenance Family in AP zone by:

• Animating the network of maintenance managers

• Disseminating knowledge e.g. through an academy approach for professional skills development

• Promotion of maintenance expertise and skills outside the company in order to attract new talents.

• Development of a knowledge base in Maintenance Excellence intelligence through external contacts (academics, professional associations…).

• In relation with Corporate Digital team but also with any useful external contact, network, professional associations, start- ups, innovation centres, search, define and propose new innovative digital tools with a potential of Value Creation in the field of Reliability & Maintenance of our assets.

• Support the deployment of the Corporate digital initiatives in the field of Reliability & Maintenance.

• Provide machinery diagnostics services in troubleshooting and resolving machinery issues using vibration diagnostics tools and failure analysis techniques. This includes issuing failure analysis reports and cost effective recommendations for reliability improvements.

REQUIREMENTS

• Technical knowledge in machinery design review, installation, commissioning and maintenance of large rotating equipments [eg. centrifugal compressors, reciprocating compressors, steam turbines ].
• Familiar with American Petroleum Institute Standards pertaining machinery [ API610 – Centrifugal Pumps, API682 Mechanical Seals, API618 Reciprocating Compressor, API686 Machinery Installation.
• Familiar and well verse with machinery vibration diagnostics skills and machinery troubleshooting skills.
• Well verse with root cause analysis techniques.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills a must with the ability to work across culturally.
• Able to communicate in English ( basic spoken & written ) is helpful.
• Strong organizational, planning, interpersonal and communication skills are essential
• Good communication capacity with others, keep good cooperation with production and other BUs related.
• Can guide the technician or contractor for rotating equipment repair.
• To support plant coordinators/plant engineers for the arrangement of maintenance work and/or plant modification work with technicians and/or contractors outsourced.
• To arrange routine preventive maintenance work on site with technicians.
