Mechanical design engineer of electrical magnet relay

Primary responsibilities include:

Communicate with customers to get clear VOC. Develop relay or contactor based on customer’s inputs. Review and support the process development. Create design documentations and maintain them in system. Work with marketing and FAE team to work out clear product roadmap. Coaching new engineers. Support advanced failure analysis.

Requirements:

Has mechanical or electrical related degree. Master degree is preferred. Has more than 5 years design work experience of electrical magnet relay, contactor or similar productions. Work experience in automotive industry is preferred. Has plenty process knowledge of relay, contactor or similar productions. Good communication skill with customer and supplier.

Additionals:

Strong innovative thinking. Good writing and reading English skill. Strong cross-function teamwork skill.

Can use English as working language.
