You are responsible for

The media analytical manager will be data enabled insights specialist and media operation generalist in the organization, with responsibilities of,

• Taking a key leadership role, reporting directly to the CMI lead whilst holding responsibility for big data centric business intelligence by working closely with media team, media agency and activation dynamic tracking team.
• Develop data tracking methodologies, report framework and insights sharing process and execute data driven insights projects with a strong understanding of an array of techniques across varying media data points tagging with media buy on multiple media platform;
• Mine and structure big data from media spending, media effectiveness KPI data, sales data…to generate insights and intelligence, strategize media operation, and work with cross functional teams to turn those insights into media optimization efforts;
• Ensure the integrity and correct interpretation of all CMI information;
• Identifies actions to tap into identified Growth opportunities for the existing business;

You are a part of

You will report to Insights Director and collaborate with many other teams including Brand Marketing, Media, Digital marketing, E-commerce etc.,.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• 3+ years’ experience of big data related CMI functions. Both industry and service/consultancy background will be considered.
• Proven visible impact on business results. Ability to translate business challenges into business questions, learning plans, research designs, analysis and obtaining actionable insights. Demonstrated experience and skills in Performance measurement.

• Results oriented, independent, entrepreneurial and self-motivated.

• Proven ability to influence business decisions and strategies while working with diverse teams. Collaboration to overcome cultural and location barriers to work effectively with key business partners and stakeholders in a productive environment.
