Media Performance & Personalization Specialist Allergan Data Labs is on a mission to transform the Allergan Aesthetics business at AbbVie, the fourth largest pharmaceutical company in the world. We’re looking for a strong, technically sound Sr Analyst, Media Performance who is interested in working within a startup oriented environment while having the backing of a large company. Requirements & Responsibilities: 10+ years of digital ad experience, at an advertising agency, publisher, or ad tech provider Knowledge of media planning and programmatic buying, and familiarity with Google Marketing Platform, TheTradeDesk, or similar buying platforms Strong knowledge of DSP platforms and active campaign optimization experience as well as expert knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, Display & Video 360, Google Campaign Manager (DCM, DFA), Social media analytics (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) Data fluency across various types of analytics including paid media reporting, CRM, organic & paid social metrics, etc Strong data management/analytical skills – able to find the story in the data and bring forward in a digestible way Explore information, data, reports, and/or items in order to extract meaningful insights to better understand and improve campaign performance Understand marketing data and analysis and develop campaign recommendations and optimizations from these insights Understanding of the market, competition, technology and developments Professional knowledge of statistical methods and quantitative analysis Effective communication of analysis and proposals to different audiences, including senior management Qualifications Preferred Experience & Technical Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science or equivalent Strong SQL and data visualization skills Experience working with Snowflake or similar distributed databases Our Core Values: Be Humble: You’re smart yet always interested in learning from others.
