Our client is a leading global provider of news and media distribution software and services. They are now looking for suitable candidates to join their team. 

Responsibilities

• Work in close collaboration with Sales members in APAC region, assisting across all stages of sales cycle for SaaS/platform products.
• Communicate, interprets client’s requirement and develop a solution proposal offering that best suits the customer’s interest.
• Develops cost estimates and work scope statements for proposals according to prospect or customer’s requirement.
• Responsible for virtual or on-site demonstration of platforms solutions to prospects.
• Ensuring optimized client experience during usage period of product.
• Responsible to conduct product onboarding and trainings for new customers.
• Responsible to provide customer support on platform usage or queries.
• Key contact point(internally and externally) for Cision-PR Newswire SaaS/platform product related matters.
• Work in close collaboration with Global Product team to new product/service roll-out.
• Responsible to conduct internal sales trainings for new product features or updates.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Content team for development of in-house contents.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 1-2 years working experience; preferably in product management, sales support, account management or client-facing role.
• Past experience with SaaS product, media or social monitoring platform would be an added advantage.
• Digital savvy and passion for media and social media.
• Good communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English Proficiency in Internet and PC software, including Ms Office(Word, Powerpoint, Excel).
