Job Description

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Collaborating with Integrated Care (IC) design and evidence generation teams and product owners on product design and development
  • Supporting the development of the digital health modules by exploring and compiling the scientific and medical evidence and literature related to the targeted problem space; this includes defining/documenting patient pathways, signs, symptoms and potentially trackable variables to be considered in the digital module as well as investigating behavioral intervention points and their relation to short- and long-term measurable variations, biomarkers, and other measurable health outcomes
  • Driving and adjusting the data and content collection in close dialog with the different product/module owners
  • Developing and assembling relevant educational/informative content to populate digital modules, on pharma experience and brand contents
  • Selecting and assembling appropriate documentations addressing different levels of health literacy
  • Contributing to the generation of scientific evidence, inclusive of HEOR, RWE and related evidence, of digital health solutions to support re-imbursement models of employers, payers, and related entities in collaboration with the IC commercial team
  • Supporting IC strategy, analyses, and identification of current and future unmet medical needs, key knowledge gaps, and potential impact of digital solutions
  • Supporting regulatory, compliance and safety/PV requirements in collaboration with other teams
  • Organizing and facilitating input from scientific experts (e.g.: advisory board meetings) and development and management of thought leaders with respect to medical advice of the digital product portfolio
  • Provision of medical support for in- and out-licensing activities, communications (press releases, Q&A etc.) , customer marketing materials, publications, etc.

 

WHO YOU ARE 

 

  • Degree in Human Medicine and approbation, preferably board certification in internal medicine, women's health or oncology
  • Specialized expertise in the women's health (WHC) or oncology area and strong ability and willingness to adapt to new indication areas
  • Preferably several years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, in medical affairs, medical writing, clinical development or related positions
  • Proven track record of participating in or managing innovative projects
  • Successful interactions and good relationships with thought leaders and ability to identity/grow relationships with future thought leaders
  • Experienced in working with multicultural, multidisciplinary, cross-functional teams and in understanding relevant problems and creating the right solutions to improve human life and the experience of health
  • Clear understanding of medical practice, healthcare systems and delivery, and clinical decision-making parameters (e.g. guidelines) as they impact patient care
  • Experience in producing and communicating information adapted for various audiences (general public, patients, HCPs) 
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills
