• 6 months contracter (maternity cover)
• To support Merchandising team to delivery the business in line with Company strategy by taking ownership of the end to end process of managing a product range with guidance from senior management.

• As Merchandising Intern, analyze & generate periodical sales and KPI reports and propose appropriate action to take.
• Monitor/control fashion & seasonal product performance with target sell-through.
• Prepare and develop localized product knowledge deck and styling for the category.
• Participate in store visits to enhance knowledge of customer base and profile.
• Support manager to feedback market trend and products and call out for any market specifics.
• Update store profile in line with market business strategy and product strategy.
• Analyze and run ad-hoc reports to identify business drivers and possible liabilities
• Research competitors pricing survey to actively to support communicating with central merchants to gain category price competitiveness in the market.
• Coordinate and support all administration duties relating to market training for the Merchandising team.
• Deliver any ad-hoc administration and assistant duties to ensure smooth running of the team.

• Around 1 year of merchandising experience or retail mindset.
• Passion for product/fashion trends.
• Demonstrates high commercial instinct.
• Strong analytical and retail math skills.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
