Montessori Kindergarten in Chaoyang, Beijing is Hiring either ASAP or from Feb 2022.
Location: 600 meters to Shilihe subway station of line no 10.

Work from 8 am to 5 pm during Mon to Fri,
Salary: 25,000-30,000 rmb/m before tax totally （negotiable）,
Paid holiday: Winter holiday (1 month), Summer holiday (1 month),all chinese public holidays,
Paid insurance, provide work visa.

1 Teaching Arrangement
1.1 Dress appropriately, avoid drinking, smoking or showing any kind of tattoos within the school area.
1.2 Stay in the school within the working hours. Kids’ napping time can be used for lesson preparation or curricular research.
1.3 Please put your smartphones away while you are in the classroom or with the kids.
1.4 Make monthly, weekly and daily teaching plans according to the references and teaching requirements.
1.5 Hand in the teaching plans on time as required for review.
1.6 Create concrete and supportive learning tools for your lesson.
1.7 Co-plan and co-teach the lessons with Lead Teacher and Asist Teacher of the class to ensure lesson plans meet the students’ language learning needs as well as the school standard.
1.8 Prepare and maintain an orderly environment in which the furnishings and materials are complete, appealing and appropriate to the needs of kids.
1.9 Attend staff meetings, trainings or team-building activities required by the Teaching Management Department and the school.
1.10 Collect children’s daily stories and photos to keep a record of children’s growth and achievements
