Inter IKEA Range & Supply, R&S, is a core business within Inter IKEA Group, responsible for developing and supplying the global IKEA range. IKEA of Sweden AB, or IoS, is one of two core units within Range & Supply, and is responsible for developing and determining the IKEA range and making it available to stores and customers all over the world. IoS is based in Älmhult – the heart of IKEA and the centre of IKEA range development and supply chain.

Marketing & Communication focuses on strategic development of the IKEA product and range marketing and communication, brand building communication as well as communication to the many people inside and outside of IKEA.

The starting point for Communication in Range & Supply is our business and people. Within Communication, we define, develop and share long-term brand-building communication around how we develop and supply our products and range, to create and reinforce a positive image of IKEA and to strengthen the commercial agenda. We use communication to build understanding, engagement and ambassadorship of where IKEA is heading and why, among co-workers, partners and customers across the IKEA network. By being proactive and agile, we build trust and strengthen our brand.

As a Motion Media Producer you will be part of the Communication Development team (Communication Production Hub) in Communication Range & Supply. In your role you will support the business with strategic and tactical internal and external video communication, contributing to the implementation of business strategies and other business needs.

You will coach and support leaders and co-workers with inspiring video production for the various communication channels. You will also support in how to use video assets for best effect for the business purpose and how to make strategic messages clear, simple and understandable towards the relevant target groups.

Other important tasks include;

• Collaborate with stakeholders in the IKEA Network to secure presence in relevant forums in order to make sure IKEA Range & Supply Communication needs are fulfilled
• Be an ambassador for and build, strengthen and protect the IKEA brand, culture and values. 
• Secure video content quality through content ownership within the business

To be successful in this role you need to be a business and idea-driven, creative thinker with an interest in social and cultural trends and consumer behavior.

You are enthusiastic about developing, changing, learning and sharing knowledge and experience. We believe that you have a background in business communication and/or marketing with several years working experience within the field of video communication for different channels. 

You are an excellent communicator and you are motivated by working in a fast-paced, creative and future-oriented environment. In addition, we believe that you have the following knowledge, capabilities and motivation:

• Extensive video production capabilities working with multi-national company to create clear corporate identity
• Extensive experience working in the Adobe applications Premiere Pro and Audition
• Basic animation skills in After Effects
• Basic experience with Photoshop and Illustrator
• Understanding of the importance of consistent corporate messaging for global brand
• Ability to project manage internal and external stakeholders and teams
• A team player who can work across departments with the ability to lead independently
