Develop and execute channel strategy to achieve sales and profitability targets through distributor channels.
Proactively evaluate and add/remove/replace distributors to optimize service coverage.
Develop channel programs to improve motivation and support to distributor partners.
Define clear goals and metrics to drive better accountability and visibility.
Build distributor partnerships and provide support to upgrade their capability.
Coach Regional Distributor Managers with strong business acumen.
Build a strong team and talent cultivation process to fuel commercial team success.
Drive alignment in the matrix organization with regional business managers and cross functions.
Collaborate with the Product LIne Team to define a clear channel specific portfolio with collaterals.
职位要求
Bachelor’s degree and above
Over 10 years sales experience
Over 5 years' experience in distributor management and experience in driving distributor network upgrade and transformation is preferred
Ability to work under pressure and motivated by achieving sales target
be proficient in writing in English
