Job Description
THE COMPANY :
- Hong Kong listed company
- Shipping company, forwarder, warehousing and logistics service provider
- We are looking for ADMIN ASSISTANT – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Tertiary education is a plus
- 5 to 8 years experience in office administration or related experience
- Experience in sizable companies is a plus
- Report to the Senior Admin Manager
- Perform full spectrum of office administrative duties for Tuen Mun office
- Perform full spectrum of general administration services including but not limited to office supplies purchase, office equipment repair and maintenance, calculate OT payment, annual staff events, etc
- Coordinate with service contractors for office facilities maintenance, security services and cleaning services etc
- Coordinate with insurance companies for insurance claims
- Handle emergency incidents
- Assist in human resources duties like coordinate interviews, staff first day arrangement etc
- Alternative Sat off
- 13 months salary + performance bonus
- Staff canteen : free lunch
- Office location : Tuen Mun
- More solid experience will be considered as Office Admin Officer
