Key Responsibilities:
- Greet Clients and Visitors;
- Answer and redirect incoming calls;
- Provide support to Office Manager and Directors to ensure smooth operation of the office:
- Liaison with management and cleaning lady to maintain office's cleanliness and operating condition;
- Clerical duties to include managing filing system, photocopying, cheque writing, sorting incoming mails, arranging couriers, maintaining stationary supply inventory, etc;
- Reconcile monthly staff expenses and expenses cheque preparations;
- Maintain material library organized;
- Arrange, manage and coordinate all aspects of business travel of other employees;
- Proficient with Microsoft Doc, Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint;
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
-Min. 1 year of relevant experience.
