Job Responsibilities:

• To administrate, monitor and troubleshoot various ICT systems and networks, and perform backup and restoration

• To provide general ICT support service

• To handle ICT related procurement in accordance with the procurement policy and standard

• To maintain hardware and software inventory, and various ICT related records

• To source, evaluate, install, configure and maintain various ICT systems and networks

• To perform ad-hoc ICT related tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above holder in Information Technology, or equivalent

• Over 3 aggregate years of post-qualification IT experience; solid experience on supporting IT infrastructure in good quality is a must

• Familiar with Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Windows 10, and Microsoft Office

• Good knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLAN, VPN, WiFi, Router and Firewall

• Experience in VMware, Linux, SQL databases is an advantage

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong sense of responsibilities, self-motivated, good teamwork player

• Good problem-solving skills, open-minded, customer oriented

• Proficient in English and Chinese

• Immediately available preferred
