We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Officer, Transfer Agency.
In this role, you will
- Ensure daily transactions of subscription, redemption, transfer, are handled timely and accurately
- Perform Checking function on daily transactions Coordinate and supervise the support of clerical staff in delivering service to investors and clients
- Coaching of new joiners and Senior Administrators or Administrators
- Take up tasks and projects as assigned from time to time
- Maintain internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements
- Degree in any relevant disciplines is preferred
- Knowledge in transfer agency services, fund services or related areas
- Knowledge in Automatic Work Distributor and any other transfer agency systems will be an advantage
- Self-motivated with the ability to think, and act, independently combined with an ability to work under pressure to meet project deadlines
- Strong team player with the ability to motivate others
