Job Description

Oncology Training Associate

  • Conduct Learning Needs Analysis with stakeholders
  • Identify the expertise that is required to design, develop, deliver, and evaluate learning solutions, and involve external resources as appropriate
  • Work independently or lead a team to design, develop, deliver, and evaluate learning solutions
  • Evaluates and manages vendors for outsourced learning development and implementation
  • Develop project plan and ensure learning solutions are delivered on time, on budget and to appropriate quality standards
  • Develop and implement learning communications to the appropriate stakeholders
  • Design and develop instruction for workshops, classroom training, virtual webinars, including workshop activities, presentation slides, facilitator’s guides, participant’s guides, and additional materials
  • Analyze evaluation data for learning solutions, and recommend corrective and preventative actions if deficiencies are identified
  • Drive the evolution of educational solutions to incorporate the latest innovative approaches (eLearning, gamification, mobility, etc.) to create a learning pull instead of a push.
  • Support the pre-boarding, on-boarding and accelerated time-to-productivity for new employees through induction facilitation and continuing education.

Background and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development in a corporate environment
  • Coaching experience
  • Pharmaceutical sales experience, especially in Oncology
  • Leadership, collaboration in partnership, agile mindset
  • Advanced English level
