Perform material transfers, chemical reactions, distillations, sampling, and equipment cleaning within the Plant I and/or Plant II processes according to all Safety and GMP regulations.

Execute each specific job assignment in a safe and acceptable quality manner and within expendeture of time and material, and according to all safety and GMP regulations.

Duties

Document the manufacturing activities and revise accurate the required documentation (MBR's, LIMS, protocols, SOPs, Forms, Cleaning, EOA, etc.) 

Coordinate process material transfers between control rooms and field operators. (including Tank Farm, Environmental and Manufacturing Areas).

Detect, react promptly and notify abnormal operating conditions.

Complete different tasks including housekeeping, Lean Manufacturing and 6S activities and report any necessary maintenance.

Recommend alternatives for continuous process improvements. 

Follow the plant safety program including the Emergency Response Brigade. 

Control and organization of temporary containers inventory  (usage and disposition). 

Complete manufacturing reports (Mass Balance, Visual Board).

Education

Technical Diploma or Associate Degree

Experience

Zero(0) to one(1) year experience
