Our client, a leading global asset management firm, is currently hiring for an Operations Analyst to support the transfer agency operations in Hong Kong and report to the Singapore Team regularly.

Responsibilities:

• Handle account opening requests from clients
• Coordinate with transfer agents for KYC requirements
• Update and review dividend information and ensure timely operational support is provided to clients
• Liaise with distributors, third party administrators and distribution teams for enquiries
• Work with other internal departments to implement the change in transfer agent projects
• Review dealing guides and operating memorandums with internal departments

Requirements:

• University graduate
• 5 years of transfer agency operations experience
• Detail-minded with strong analytical skills
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Able to work closely with the Singapore Team
