Duties and Responsibilities :
Plan, implement and evaluation year-round operations strategies made by Managing Director
Plan, implement and optimizing daily operations management effectively
Weekly arrange operation department meetings, to implement and respond regular management team meetings’ content effectively
Supervision and arrangement daily delivery, including goods tracking with register of expenses and reporting the cost analysis
Responsible to communicate and manage with third party logistic, regularly review its performance
Responsible to daily wine warehouse management, including monthly inventory, ensure the stock are consistent
Provide wine cellar to customers, once complete the design and service for the customers need to submit report
Management inventory in SAP system; maintenance and evaluation of current SAP system
Responsible to manage operation department effectively

Requirements:
Degree holder or above, with 5-8 years of logistics and management working experience
Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
SAP/ ERP operation experience
Strong sense of responsibility and hard-working
The holders of Hong Kong driving license (Category 2) is priority
Fluent in written and spoken Chinese & English, Mandarin is an advantage
