Job Description

Responsibilities 

  • Manage day-to-day operations of retail shop within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards;
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a small team of about full time staff + part time and prepare roster;
  • Control labour and expenditures effectively with budget constraints;
  • Develop and train current/existing team members to ensure consistency across food and beverage and retail operation;
  • Set and implement sales strategies/plans to achieve the sales target and cost control;
  • Provide input on procurement suggest improvements;
  • Identify customer needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns;
  • Establish a Standard of Operations guide and manual and actively train, monitor, inspire and guide all outlet personnel across all shops to ensure such standards are being followed;
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations;
  • Provide timely reports on management regarding sales results and productivity;
  • Handle any ad-hoc projects as required

  

Requirements 

  • Diploma holder in Business Management or related disciplines;
  • At least 8 years in food and beverage and retail management practical experience;
  • Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently;
  • Multi- task and ability to work under pressure;
  • Good interpersonal communication and leadership skills;
  • Up to date with F&B and Retail trends and best practices;
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, POS)
