The Job

• Client: A Global IT / Business Consultancy
• Position: Oracle Database Administrator (DBA)
• Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain Oracle RAC in Oracle 11g & Oracle 12c environments
• Establish and maintain backup and recovery processes across all DB platforms
• Support Performance tuning on Oracle 11g & Oracle 12c 
• Upgrade or migrate from Oracle 11g to 12c version.
• Work on Migration from Oracle single instance to RAC environment
• $30-40K, 5 day, medical, bonus

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or High Diploma in Computer Science or related disciplines.
• 6- 8 years of experience in DBA with experience in Oracle 11g and 12c versions
• Demonstrated experience in design/build for oracle 11g & Oracle 12 environments. 
• Good Knowledge of Oracle administration, RAC, ASM, Data guard , RMAN, Data pump.
• Experience with features such as Oracle Real Application Clusters (RAC), ASM.
• Be knowledgeable on Oracle 12c architecture.
• Have knowledge on different types of Cloning with 12c pluggable databases and restoration
