Main Responsibilities:
1. Develop new recruitment channels by posting ads on recruiting websites and contacting language training agencies, normal universities and TEFL schools in English-speaking countries.
2. Making long term cooperation plan for stable business partners to ensure the stability and quality of potential candidates.
3. Follow the whole process of the recruitment procedure until the candidates come to China.
4. Evaluate and compare the results of existing and new channels and agencies.
5. Develop potential clients from international schools and domestic training centers.
6. Edit and advertise English websites and
7.Operate social media platforms like company official WeChat account, facebook, twitter, Link-in etc.

Requirements:
1. 2 years work experience in sales, business development and education consultant in China preferred
2. Bachelor degree or above.
3. Good communication skills
4. Work experience in education area preferred
5. Well understanding of China's educational system
6. Extremely comfortable in fast-paced and high-growth environment
7. Outstanding in teamwork with organizational and interpersonal skills; tremendous attention to details. 
8. Willing to take business trip often

2.Base Salary: 10000-20000 RMB/monthly+ commission
