Job responsibilities:
1、维护公司大客户关系,挖掘客户新的需求,保持业绩稳定增长;
1. Maintained the relationship with key customers, explored new demands of customers and maintained steady growth of performance;
2、持续开拓目标大客户,根据客户需求量身打造销售方案;
2. Continuously develop target key customers and tailor sales plans according to customer needs;
3、对行业发展趋势进行预判,提前布局公司产品方向;
3. Pre-determined the industry development trend and laid out the company's product direction in advance;
4、及时搜集、反馈客户意见和建议,积极协调内外资料,提高客户满意度。
4. Collect and feedback customer opinions and Suggestions in a timely manner, actively coordinate internal and external data to improve customer satisfaction.
任职要求:
Job requirements:
1、大专及以上学历,8年以上销售经验,具备丰富的非标自动化行业客户资源;
1. College degree or above, more than 8 years of sales experience, rich customer resources in non-standard automation industry;
2、优秀的沟通表达能力,较强的公关能力、应变能力和商务谈判能力;
2. Excellent communication skills, strong public relations skills, adaptability and business negotiation skills;
3、有良好的职业形象,适应出差;
3. Good professional image, suitable for business trips;
4、抗压能力强,有强烈的责任心。
4. Strong ability to work under pressure and strong sense of responsibility.
