THE COMPANY :

- R&D, designing, inventing, manufacturing and distributing
- Main products : personal beauty care like electric hair curler, cordless hair dryer; cooking & kitchen gadgets, home & garden, promotional & dollar items etc
- Main market : North America, Central & South America, Eastern & Western Europe, Middle East, SE Asia and other Asian countries
- Main clients : hypermarkets, chain stores, mail order companies, retail stores, online sellers, e-commerce websites, small marts & importers
- Headquarters : Hong Kong
- Factory : Dongguan China
- Overseas offices : US, Canada, UK & Italy
- We are looking for PARALEGAL - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Directly report to the English speaking MD
- Fully handle legal related duties of the HK office
- Coordinate with legal firms when required
- Work on commercial business transactions/contract drafting, intellectual property, litigation and various tasks
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions
- Experience in NCNDA documents , Supplier Purchase Agreements , Escrow Agreements is highly prefer
- Draft and review legal documents
- Attend and participate in meetings with clients, serve as communication bridge between clients and the funds team
- Conduct legal and company researchers;
- Maintain filing system of legal documents;
- LLB degree holder
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Experience in international trade is highly prefer
- Experience in commercial business transactions, NCNDA documents, Escrow agreements is highly prefer
- 5 days work
- 13 months salary + performance bonus
- Office location : Hunghom
