Description

• Review capital calls, distributions and quarterly capital account statement prepared by fund administrator
• Responsible for fund subscriptions, transfers, redemptions, SPVs interests and various investment reports to investors
• Maintain in-house accounting system, and ensure all the accruals are accounted for and investment valuation data has been fed in properly
• Update and track invoice payments and costs allocation
• Liaise with external auditors for yearly statutory audit

Profile

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accountancy or a related discipline

• 1-5 years of fund accounting experience

• Detailed-minded, eager to learn with proactive mindset

• Self-motivator with strong sense of responsibility, adaptability and ownership

• Ability to multitask and overcome challenges in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English
