Hello, my name is Julie, I am a jewelry designer from Mauritius, and my studio is in Shanghai. I have run my jewelry brand for 7 years now. I spend most of my days creating new jewelry designs, art and creating content for my WeChat articles.

I am a creative seeking a personal assistant who will complement and fulfill administrative tasks that I cannot handle alone. Someone I can rely on to help my ideas turn into reality. This position is entry-level, which does not require any level of mastery; because I will teach you most of the work.

Job description:
• Creating excel sheets (cost sheets, inventory, delivery)
• Collecting data
• Inputting information on our POS/CRM system
• Communicating with my suppliers in Chinese
• Making sure we meet deadlines
• Sourcing and buying materials online such as Taobao and Alibaba,
• Translating Chinese to English texts
• Communicating with customers
• Researching any ideas, inspiration, or theme
• Customer Service with customers
• Send kuaidis and couriers

• Writes and speaks Chinese and English
• Loves observing data and numbers
• Loves creating and updating excel sheets
• Respects deadlines
• Patient and calm
• Familiar with Youzan's backend, Taobao, RED, Weibo, and others
• Friendly and enjoys talking to people and building new relationships
• Open-minded and always eager to learn
• Have no problem working alone some days of the week
