How will you make an impact? (Objetive)
To promote Kaizen and PPI projects in the plant.

What will you do? (Responsabilities)

1. Promotes the technical skills associated with continuous improvement.

2. Share tools and techniques that facilitate the organization's progress towards operational excellence.

3. Direct lean sigma discipline as a competency through the 8 steps.

4. Lead projects for the significant improvement of local processes. Apply lean sigma tools and 8-step methodology.

5. Directs trainings to increase their skills in tools as a mentor to the staff as required in support of the improvement progress.

6. Share information to the organization in relation to best practices.

7. Maintains the methodology 8 steps through continuous improvement, ensuring quality in the management of it.

 
How will you get here?

• +1 year experience in PPI or Kaizen areas

• Excellent communication skills
• High drive to work under preasure
