Job Description

  • Coordinate the Company’s relationship with audit firms, law firms,banks, securities’ brokers, other financial/intermediary institutions in both China Mainland / HK;
  • Assessment of the Company’s internal control / financial plan and risk management system, providing recommendations for improvement to ensure efficient and effective operation of enterprises;
  • Management and completion of the audit / project mission based in China Mainland / HK;
  • Lead and coach finance team members.

Requirements

  • Degree holder in accounting or any business-related, more than 8 years working experience in finance;
  • Familiar with both mainland and HK accounting/compliance policy / practices,has a good logical analysis and judgment skills, strong communication skills;
  • Has Big 4 International Accounting Firm experience/MBA background is preferred;
  • Fluent English and Chinese (Mandarin), both speaking&writing, valid IELTS 6 or above;
  • Excellent knowledge of financial accounting,financial analysis and proficient financial control management;
  • Qualified ACCA or equivalent is highly preferable;
  • Willing to travel and work flexible hours.
